If You Already Have a Wholesale Account
If you already had a wholesale customer account on our old web site, it has been transferred to this site. Simply reset your password using the "forgot password" form, and you will then be able to log in and access wholesale products and pricing.
To Apply for Wholesale Status
We will review your application as quickly as possible - typically within 1 or 2 business days. If all is in order, your account will be activated and approved for wholesale access, and you will be notified via email.
Note: In addition to wholesale pricing on individual items, you'll also have access to a product category labeled "Wholesale Packages." You can view that category by selecting it from the Catalog dropdown menu.

You can download our Fax Order Form (132K PDF), fill it out and fax it in to 202-537-2981. Or you can use your own purchase order form and fax it in.
You can call our customer service department at 202-537-2980. Tuesday - Thursday from 8:30am - 2:00pm EST. If you call when we are not in the studio, leave a clear message with your store name, contact person and phone number. Please say phone number slowly and distinctly.

Shipping Info/ Terms
- Products are handcrafted-to-order with a 2 to 3 week delivery time.
- Delivery cycle is less than 2 weeks for the standard packages.
- Our standard shipping is via USPS Priority mail
- One dozen items per category must be ordered each time.
- Our accessories are handcrafted-to-order. Returns will be accepted only if there are quality issues. Returns must be made within 2 weeks of receiving shipment. Please contact your representative or us for a Return Authorization number that must show on the returned package. Restocking fee will apply on cancellations.
- We take credit cards: MasterCard, Visa, Discover
- Thereafter, Net 30 terms will be considered with 3 current credit references.
- Occasionally we run out of certain beads for our products due to the nature of this industry. When we have to substite, we will maintain the highest level of beauty and quality to best match your original ordered item.
- 20% restocking fee will apply on cancellations.
